At Mendel Money Management, we make it easy for you to decide if we are the right fit to work together. Our process allows us to get to know each other better, as well as address any questions or concerns you may have. Most importantly, we do not put undue pressure on you to make a hasty decision. Our goal is to work with clients who we feel that we can add significant value to their lives and who feel that we are a good fit for them.
We start with a 15-minute call to learn about each other. During our call, we discuss goals and expectations to ensure our client-adviser relationship starts on the same page.
During our initial meeting, we take time to gather core data in order to gain insight into your unique financial picture. We focus on identifying your risk tolerance, family dynamic, and establishing your goals for the future – and how we can help.
The FIT Call
Big decisions require time and careful consideration – that’s why we schedule our FIT Call after you have time to think about it. We will schedule a call a few days after the Discovery Meeting to address any final questions and discuss whether we both feel this is the right partnership to pursue.
We continue to get to know each other better, review the contract, gather any remaining data, and further explain our process and our services. Additionally, we cover initial recommendations. A final contract will be sent for your signature and the process of opening new accounts and transferring assets will begin.
Making It Official
Sharing Our Plan
Once the new accounts have been opened and assets have transferred in, we will schedule a call or meeting to carefully go over our final recommendations and address any questions.
Following the most recent quarter end, we’ll schedule a call/meeting to review the quarterly account reports and outstanding planning recommendations. This meeting also provides the opportunity for you to give feedback and help develop a personalized service and communication plan for you.
